Project Outline
Family and Community Services (FACS) identified the provision for land to purchase to land bank to improve the departments Infrastructure Planning & Delivery function in future years for community housing sites. This project required creativity and innovation, to plan the future requirements of housing and aged care facility needs for the future.

Services Delivered

• Led, mentor and supported staff for planning and delivery of the land banking program.
• Liaised with real estate agents/property consultants to understand land availability trends.
