Rinas Cook

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rinas Cook is a highly respected and experienced senior executive with over 25 years of Infrastructure, Property and Asset Management experience across Transport, Education, Community and Government sectors. She has proven program and project management, and advisory skills to steering organisations to success. 

Rinas is committed to providing exceptional client experience and value for our clients. She has a can-do mindset, commercially astute, good with people and with a passion for delivering excellence. She is recognised as a problem solver and an influencer who is easily able to forge strong relationships and achieve trust and buy-in from stakeholders and clients.

Margaret Ogston

SENIOR CONSULTANT / TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Margaret Ogston is a highly qualified Project Director with extensive program and project management experience with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results to our clients. She is a proven performer and has held senior project leadership roles with over 35 years of experience within federal, state and local Government organisations and Private enterprises.  

Margaret has the technical ability and perseverance to manage and deliver complex projects from inception through to handover, including business case development/management, procurement, contract administration, supervision and post occupancy.

Margaret currently owns and operates her own consulting company and teaches project management students at the University of Sydney and she can be available to bring valuable industry experience as a consulting member of the senior management team. Margaret can offer a specialisation in training and development for tailoring courses for employees that meets organisations specific needs. She also provides expertise in business case development and management.

Kevin Smith

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Kevin is a highly skilled Project Director with over 35 years’ experience in local government
and the private commercial sector. He is a well-seasoned and highly competent performer
with extensive program and project management knowledge, who held senior leadership
roles and led multi-faceted teams in the delivery of major infrastructure and civil work.

Kevin has extensive experience in the management and delivery of community buildings,
roads, water, drainage, sewerage, open spaces, land development, industrial, commercial,
and retail properties. His expertise extends across the full project lifecycle with a focus on
delivery including design management, risk management, cost management, procurement,
contract, and construction management. Furthermore, he excels in managing complex
contractual negotiations and dispute resolution, giving Kevin the edge in providing
successful business and community outcomes, ensuring that our client’s needs are well
considered and delivered upon, time after time.

Wadood Siddique

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Wadood Siddique is a highly accomplished industry expert with over 30 years of Project Planning, Scheduling, Control, Cost Management and in providing advisory services to Government, Private and Commercial sectors. With strengths in strategic planning, scheduling, forecasting, monitoring and controlling (time, resource and cost) and reporting function to maximise the success of projects. Wadood is an expert developer and implementer of integration programs, linking Primavera (P3/P6) with other systems (accounting, payroll, MIMS and HR) to automise the data exchange and custom reporting.  His expertise extends to project performance measurement using Earned Value analysis, delays and prolongation analysis.

Wadood believes that the planning function should not just “plan and schedule” but be pro-active in analysing and identifying areas where it will be a positive contributor to the bottom line for our clients.
