Rinas Cook

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rinas Cook is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in infrastructure, property, and asset management, spanning the transport, education, community, and government sectors. She has a strong track record in program and project management, offering infrastructure advisory expertise to drive organisational success.

As the Managing Director and Project Director at Oceania Consultancy, Rinas brings a wealth of knowledge and technical proficiency to her leadership role. She holds tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Management, providing her with the expertise to lead complex infrastructure planning and delivery initiatives. Her specialisation in local and state government sectors underscores her ability to navigate stakeholder and community expectations, ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency. Her extensive experience spans the entire project lifecycle, encompassing planning, design management, safety and risk management, cost control, procurement, contract management, including providing asset management strategies.

As dynamic and hands-on leader, Rinas combines strong decision-making skills with an exceptional ability to navigate challenges, consistently delivering successful outcomes. Her customer-centric approach and problem-solving expertise allow her to foster meaningful relationships, earning trust and stakeholder buy-in. With a focus on precision and strategic insight, she provides innovative solutions that address stakeholder, and community needs while ensuring seamless project execution to meet client’s expectation.

Margaret Ogston

SENIOR CONSULTANT / TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Margaret Ogston is a highly qualified Project Director with extensive program and project management experience with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results to our clients. She is a proven performer and has held senior project leadership roles with over 35 years of experience within federal, state and local Government organisations and Private enterprises.  

Margaret has the technical ability and perseverance to manage and deliver complex projects from inception through to handover, including business case development/management, procurement, contract administration, supervision and post occupancy.

Margaret currently owns and operates her own consulting company and teaches project management students at the University of Sydney and she can be available to bring valuable industry experience as a consulting member of the senior management team. Margaret can offer a specialisation in training and development for tailoring courses for employees that meets organisations specific needs. She also provides expertise in business case development and management.

Michael Jarman

Michael Jarman is highly qualified Project Director and architect with extensive program and project management experience with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results to our clients. He is a proven performer and has held senior project leadership roles, combined with over 30 years of both international and local experience within Government, Commercial and Private organisations.

Michael has the technical ability and perseverance to manage and deliver complex projects from inception through to handover, including business case management, procurement, contract administration, and construction.

He possesses a deep understanding of each stage of the project life cycle and adopts a proactive approach, ensuring that our clients’ needs are thoroughly considered and consistently delivered.

Wadood Siddique

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Wadood Siddique is a highly accomplished industry expert with over 30 years of
Project Planning, Scheduling, Control, Cost Management and in providing advisory
services to Government, Private and Commercial sectors. With strengths in strategic
planning, scheduling, forecasting, monitoring and controlling (time, resource and
cost), developing ‘end-to-end’ planning/scheduling systems, and reporting function to
maximise the success of projects.
Wadood is an expert developer and implementer of integration programs, linking
Primavera (P3/P6) with other systems (accounting, payroll, MIMS and HR) to
automate the data exchange and custom reporting.  His expertise extends to project
performance measurement using Earned Value analysis, delays and prolongation
analysis.
Wadood believes that the planning function should not just “plan and schedule” but
be pro-active in analysing and identifying areas where it will be a positive contributor
to the bottom line for our clients.
